    Where to scout — not where to harvest. Zones blend live weather with elevation and slope proxies.

    Not a mushroom map. Broad scouting zones — not property lines, parcel boundaries, or permission to enter land. Use public access maps and local regulations before entering any area.

    Ethical foraging rules

    • Know property boundaries before you enter any land.
    • Follow state and local regulations, permits, and seasonal restrictions.
    • Harvest lightly — leave enough for regeneration and wildlife.
    • Leave habitat intact. Avoid trampling understory and disturbing soils.
    • Do not rely on app predictions as permission to enter land.
    • Learn identification from trusted sources before consuming anything.
